Committees

Being a member of a MOPS group does take some commitment. Your participation makes a difference.

SET UP and CLEAN UP COMMITTEES:

Three areas of our MOPS program (craft, hospitality, and MOPPETS) require set up and clean up. Moms will occasionally be required to help set up or clean up in one of these areas. It's a great help when everyone does her part.

BABY SITTING:

MOPS and Steering sitting schedules will be distributed the first meeting. Although we do have regular workers for our MOPPETS program, we still need your assistance to fill in as needed. All moms are asked to take turns watching children during regular meetings (1st and 3rd Thursdays) and Steering Committee Planning meetings (2nd and 4th Thursdays). If each mom is committed to sitting for her share, then everyone will be happy. If you find it impossible or conflicting to sit on the day you are scheduled, please talk to another mom and switch dates.

Can't make a meeting? What do to?

If for some reason you are unable to attend any meeting, please notify your Discussion Group Leader.
